Every plan has a free trial so nobody has to buy blind. That is why purchases are final.

Use the free trial
Every plan starts with a 15-day free trial of the full product, with no card needed, so you can be sure Yugmir fits your firm before you pay. Use it, and ask us anything while you do.
Purchases are final
Because you can try everything first, purchases are final and licences are not refunded.
When we will refund
- You were charged twice, or charged by mistake
- Your licence never activated and we could not fix it within 14 days of you contacting us
- The law where you live requires a refund
Email support@yugmir.com with the email address used at purchase and the order number from your receipt. Refunds are returned to the original payment method by our reseller, Lemon Squeezy, and the licence key is deactivated.
Monthly plans
Cancel any time. You keep Yugmir until the end of the month you have paid for and are not charged again. The current month is not refunded.
Yearly plans
Cancel any time to stop the next renewal. You keep Yugmir until the end of the year you have paid for. The current year is not refunded.
Discounts
A launch or other discount has to be applied at checkout; it cannot be added to an order afterwards or paid back as a refund.

Talk to us first. Most problems turn out to be configuration and take minutes to fix — and if it’s a genuine defect we want to know so we can repair it for everyone.
