Ship Revit tools to your whole firm without losing control.
The flagship. Everything the platform does, plus the full deployment-control suite: staged rollout, one-action rollback, crash isolation, role-based access, a remote kill switch and a tamper-evident audit trail.
Who it’s for
BIM managers and digital-delivery leads running Revit across a firm.
Supported hosts
Autodesk Revit
Revit 2019 – 2027
Ready-made tools
59 ready-made buttons across 17 panels — AutoSave, worksets, the family library and family audits, firm standards (ISO 19650 included), drafting, sheets and views, revisions, DWG import, point clouds, framing, walls, floors, stairs, tags and annotation alignment.
Family Library
Search and load families with previews, from one shared library, with a copy for every Revit version.
Batch Runner
Audit, upgrade, and export PDF, DWG or IFC across a folder of models — tonight, on a schedule, with the report e-mailed.
AI assistant
Ask about the open model, check it against your standards, and have tools written, built and published to Beta.
Import from pyRevit
Bring an existing pyRevit extension across, panels, buttons, icons and all.
What you get
Staged rollout and rollback
Publish to a Beta channel first. Promoting snapshots the previous state, so undoing a bad release is one action rather than an archaeology exercise.
Crash isolation
A tool that throws is caught and reported plainly, and benches itself after three failures in 24 hours instead of taking the day with it.
Role-based access
Map roles to Windows users or Active Directory groups. Structural tools stay off the architects' ribbon, and roles resolve from cache when the drive is down.
Remote kill switch
Withdraw a tool centrally and it greys out everywhere with your reason attached, on the next sync.
Audit trail
Every promotion, rollback and revocation is recorded in a tamper-evident log, so you can always show who changed what, and when.
Fleet and ROI reporting
Hours saved from successful runs, success rate, crashes by tool, adoption and Revit-version spread — exportable, and computed from data on your own server.
The Yugmir Manage tab
Every button Yugmir adds to Revit, what it does, and who sees it.
